Important Information
  • In case of Archive Image, minimum AOI of single order must be 100 sq. km with 5 km minimum width in any direction.
  • In case of Fresh Acquisition, minimum AOI of single order must be 500 sq. km with 15 km minimum width in any direction.
Tasking Type Tasking Priority Description Delivery Time
Archive Standard Delivery time may vary depending upon area requested. Feasibility proposal is provided. Within 1 week of order confirmation.
Acquisition Standard
  • Feasibility proposal is provided.
  • If acquisition is not completed during the collection window, further tasking is paused and user is asked if the timeframe can be extended.
    		• Within 5 working days after data is downloaded.
    Urgent
  • Emergency: Tasking is guaranteed within 4 days from the order if feasible. No feasibility study report is provided and no guarantee for tasking, cloud cover and/or tilt angle constraint.
  • Assured: After feasibility study, the tasking on specified date has highest priority among commercial orders. No guarantee for cloud cover.
    		• Within 2 working days after data is downloaded.
